Part-Time Recruiter, Sales and Customer Success, remote, Jordan based. Mawahebna is looking for a part-time Recruiter with excellent English who understands sales and customer success people, enjoys talking to candidates, and can tell a strong candidate from a strong CV.

• Languages: Fluent English and fluent Arabic, written and spoken. Fluent English is a must

What you will do

• Screen incoming CVs and shortlist the strongest candidates
• Source and reach out to sales, business development, and customer success candidates
• Run screening interviews in English and Arabic
• Review candidate video interviews
• Write clear, sharp candidate summaries in English
• Manage candidate communication and keep our ATS up to date
• Jump in on other tasks when needed

What we are looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally hiring for sales, business development, or customer success roles
• You know what a strong sales or customer success hire looks like. You understand the difference between an account executive, a business developer, and a customer success manager, and you can see the real results behind the numbers on a CV
• Fluent English, written and spoken. You will interview candidates and write summaries in English. This is a must
• Fluent Arabic
• Comfortable working with AI tools and using them to work faster and smarter
• Strong communication skills. You speak with confidence, explain things clearly, and can lead an interview with ease
• Strong writing skills. Your summaries should be short, clear, and honest
• Smart, curious, and genuinely enjoys talking to people
• A startup mindset. We’re an early-stage company still building how we work, so you should be proactive, open to any task, and excited to learn as we grow
• Organized and able to work independently

What we offer

• Part time, 5 hours a day, Saturday to Wednesday, fully remote
• Base salary: 300 JOD per month
• Commission on every successful placement you help with
• Freelance contract
• Flexible hours. Having another job is fine as long as you can commit and deliver, and it’s not with another recruitment agency
