Field Engineer

Job Summary

The Field Engineer will work closely with customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers to promote engineering products and support construction projects. The role involves educating key stakeholders about Hilti products and providing technical solutions on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Educate key influencers in construction projects on the benefits and value of Hilti products to secure product specifications during the design phase.
• Visit construction sites to offer technical advice, solutions, and support.
• Identify opportunities to add value through the use of Hilti products.
• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers to drive product sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in technical engineering with a sales orientation.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• A solution-oriented mindset focused on meeting and exceeding goals.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction.
