IT Manager (AI & ERP)

Job Summary

The IT Manager (AI & ERP) will lead the technology transformation for a diversified business group in Jordan, overseeing ERP implementation, AI strategy, and IT infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full implementation of Kingdee ERP across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, and other functions.
• Manage integration of Kingdee ERP with Intercard POS, Minat HR, CRM, and other systems.
• Develop and implement the Group’s AI strategy covering Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Maintenance.
• Deploy intelligent automation, AI dashboards, predictive analytics, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud systems, data management, and connectivity across multiple sites.
• Manage technology vendors, partners, budgets, project timelines, testing, and system acceptance.
• Create IT governance policies, standard operating procedures, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity controls.
• Build and lead an internal technology team, reporting directly to the Group CEO.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive IT experience including senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience implementing enterprise ERP systems, preferably Kingdee.
• Experience delivering AI, automation, or data analytics projects.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, system integration, ERP architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience leading complex, multi-department transformation projects.
• Excellent English communication and executive reporting skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Amman, Jordan and work full-time on-site.
