Oracle BRM Architect

Job Summary

This role is responsible for owning the architecture and design of the Oracle BRM billing platform and its integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of solutions for billing, charging, and revenue management.
• Analyze requirements related to product, pricing, rating, billing, balance, and revenue processes.
• Convert requirements into functional and technical designs for Oracle BRM and associated components.
• Define integration flows with systems such as CRM, product catalogues, mediation, order management, payments, and finance.
• Design charging and billing processes for both real-time and batch scenarios.
• Specify data mapping, business rules, exception handling, and reconciliation needs.
• Evaluate solution scalability, performance, security, and operational supportability.
• Review technical deliverables to ensure they align with approved architecture and standards.
• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, migration, cutover, and production readiness activities.
• Document architecture decisions and assist teams with complex billing or charging challenges.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Oracle BRM (version 12 or higher).
• Knowledge of BRM architecture components including CM, DM, Pipeline, ECE, and PDC.
• Experience with Opcodes, MTA, and custom development.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database and SQL.
• Understanding of telecom billing processes.
