Job Summary

The Senior Manager Reporting role at Mace involves overseeing the delivery and continuous improvement of reporting across complex projects and programmes, ensuring clear and consistent information supports effective decision-making. The role also includes leading and guiding team members while promoting best practices and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme reporting by establishing consistent reporting standards and schedules.
• Integrate planning, cost, risk, and delivery data to produce accurate and insightful performance reports.
• Develop executive reports, dashboards, and presentations that simplify complex information into actionable insights.
• Detect trends, variances, and emerging issues to aid informed decision-making.
• Create meaningful KPIs and enhance reporting quality, efficiency, and automation using Power BI and Excel.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting inputs.
• Lead and develop the reporting team, driving continuous improvement and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience in programme/project controls reporting, PMO analytics, or performance management on major programmes.
• Proven ability to produce executive-level reports, dashboards, and management information.
• Excellent analytical skills to convert complex project data into clear insights.
• Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel, including dashboard development and automated reporting.
• Good understanding of planning, cost, risk, change, and programme governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in major construction, infrastructure, or complex capital programmes; experience in KSA or the Middle East is advantageous.
