Digital Product Manager

Job Summary

The Digital Product Manager (DPM) will join the Intelligent Automation and Digitization team to deliver consulting, strategy, business excellence, and analytics projects across MENA, focusing on PropTech and real estate digital products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies based on market research and competitive analysis, emphasizing PropTech and real estate digital solutions.
• Assess and adjust current products to align with evolving customer and market demands.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Create business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Enhance PropTech offerings such as real estate platforms, property management tools, marketplaces, tenant and owner digital services, and smart property technologies.
• Track product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to ensure ongoing optimization.
• Provide mentorship to team members and support their development, performance, and engagement.
• Act as Product Owner in Agile delivery, participating in ceremonies and guiding the development team on product and sprint backlogs.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in PropTech, including developing, managing, or scaling digital products in real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; certifications are advantageous.
• Proven success in launching and optimizing digital or enterprise solutions.
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments with strong stakeholder engagement.
• In-depth knowledge of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and innovation strategies.
• Experience with management consulting firms for 2+ years is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
• Familiarity with Product Management tools such as Amplitude, FullStory, Adobe Experience Cloud, Mixpanel, etc.
