Specification Sales Engineer -PMCC

Job Summary

The Specification Sales Engineer -PMCC is responsible for promoting and selling LV switchgear and Busway systems within the Commercial and Infrastructure sectors. This role involves technical sales, relationship management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to support project success.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell LV switchgear and busway systems in commercial and infrastructure segments.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional targets and drive business growth.
• Engage with consultants, contractors, end users, and panel builders to generate leads and establish long-term partnerships.
• Deliver product presentations and training sessions for customers and panel builders.
• Work with design and engineering teams to create customized LV switchgear proposals to secure projects.
• Monitor project pipelines from tender to execution and ensure timely follow-up to convert orders.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales technical support to ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to improve business positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in LV switchgear and busway sales.
• Strong knowledge of LV switchgear and busway systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presales skills.
• Effective customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
• Market intelligence expertise.
