Job Summary

This role involves consolidating the company’s fragmented systems into a unified integrated system and automating all possible processes, with a hands-on approach using AI agents as part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze finance, operations, and sales procedures to integrate them into a single system.
• Lead the implementation of a comprehensive ERP system including selection, configuration, integration, and data migration.
• Automate repetitive manual tasks and evaluate the efficiency gains.
• Develop and properly train AI agents, establishing controls to verify their outputs.
• Manage technical and system details such as hosting, databases, access control, information security, and compliance with Saudi regulations including e-invoicing and personal data protection.
• Provide daily technical support to the team.

Requirements

• Hands-on builder with real projects currently or previously used by users.
• Proficient in AI: building, directing, verifying AI agents, and recognizing when their output is unreliable.
• Automation mindset focused on reducing manual tasks.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in systems development or automation.
• No formal degree required; evaluation based on deliverables.
• ERP experience is an advantage.
