Teamlead Frontend Developer

Job Summary

This role involves leading the front-end development of web and mobile applications, shaping architecture, mentoring the team, and managing feature delivery from design to production. The position incorporates AI-assisted development tools in the workflow.

Responsibilities

• Direct front-end architecture and technical execution using React.js, React Native, and TypeScript.
• Lead code reviews, mentor team members, and encourage reusable components and engineering best practices.
• Utilize AI coding assistants and ensure their outputs meet quality, security, and maintainability standards.
• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and native mobile features.
• Enhance application performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Maintain automated testing and oversee releases to Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams and manage delivery through production support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience with React.js, React Native, and TypeScript in production environments.
• Experience in front-end technical leadership including architecture, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor, and ability to validate their output.
• Knowledge of state management, REST APIs, third-party integrations, and automated testing.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD is advantageous.
