This role involves coordinating internal teams, analyzing client data, and ensuring proper account setup and risk management.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Develop and sustain trusted relationships with assigned Tier 2 clients to support customer health and growth through regular meetings and strategic positioning.<\/li><li>Act as the main contact for clients regarding business and technical needs, including handling technical escalations and promoting product adoption.<\/li><li>Coordinate with various internal teams to deliver optimal service to customers.<\/li><li>Achieve and surpass quarterly KPIs focused on gross profit, margin percentage, cross-sells, net revenue retention, and client tier transitions.<\/li><li>Ensure correct account setup in collaboration with Platform Operations, including account creation, route management, sender registration, and content filtration.<\/li><li>Work with Revenue Assurance to monitor and mitigate financial and health risks, including collections and netting.<\/li><li>Analyze and forecast client traffic to support business growth, reduce losses, and maximize gross profit and revenue.<\/li><li>Collaborate with the Self Service team during customer transitions to Self Service or upgrades to Managed services.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.<\/li><li>Experience in full cycle sales.<\/li><li>Account Management experience focused on building and maintaining client relationships.<\/li><li>Industry experience preferred, with understanding of SaaS and CPaaS solutions.<\/li><li>Experience working with Revenue Assurance, Purchasing, and technical teams is a plus.<\/li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team
