This role leads technical delivery, mentors engineers, and collaborates closely with Deployment Strategists to ensure successful AI implementations.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end technical ownership of AI solution delivery in partnership with Deployment Strategists.<\/li><li>Utilize AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce coding products to support engineering workflows.<\/li><li>Influence product roadmaps by providing field insights from customer deployments.<\/li><li>Innovate continuously by piloting new AI tools, models, and frameworks.<\/li><li>Design and deploy agentic AI systems on the Agentforce platform including agent logic, orchestration, and integration patterns.<\/li><li>Manage data lifecycle aspects including model design and data pipelines across platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.<\/li><li>Troubleshoot complex technical issues such as data integration failures and performance regressions.<\/li><li>Mentor engineers through code reviews and collaborative work, and develop reusable assets and frameworks.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Must haves<\/h3><ul><li>6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS.<\/li><li>Degree in Computer Science or related field.<\/li><li>Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript\/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with familiarity in others.<\/li><li>Experience integrating LLMs into production and using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, including prompt engineering and responsible AI practices.<\/li><li>Strong background in data modeling, processing, and analytics on platforms such as Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.<\/li><li>Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform technologies including Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.<\/li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset focused on fast, impactful delivery with sound
