The role focuses on workflow automation, digital forms, and integrating enterprise systems to optimize business processes.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Create and manage business process automation solutions with Nintex K2.<\/li><li>Develop and support K2 workflows, SmartForms, SmartObjects, business rules, and approval workflows.<\/li><li>Translate business needs into technical workflow designs and specifications.<\/li><li>Build automated processes including approvals, notifications, escalations, and exception handling.<\/li><li>Integrate K2 with enterprise applications, databases, SharePoint, and external systems.<\/li><li>Develop integrations using REST\/SOAP APIs and SQL Server.<\/li><li>Customize K2 applications using C#, .NET, and JavaScript as needed.<\/li><li>Troubleshoot workflow issues, optimize performance, and support deployment and maintenance.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.<\/li><li>At least 5 years of relevant development experience.<\/li><li>Hands-on experience with Nintex K2 platforms like K2 Five, K2 Cloud, or K2 blackpearl.<\/li><li>Strong skills in BPM, workflow development, and digital process automation.<\/li><li>Experience with K2 SmartForms, SmartObjects, and workflow design.<\/li><li>Knowledge of SQL Server and database integration.<\/li><li>Experience integrating applications via REST APIs and SOAP web services.<\/li><li>Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft technologies.<\/li><li>Working knowledge of C#, .NET, and JavaScript for customization and integration.<\/li><li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.<\/li><li>Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Nice to haves<\/h3><ul><li>Experience implementing BPM\/DPA in enterprise settings.<\/li><li>Experience maintaining or migrating legacy K2
