It requires technical expertise and client interaction to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Lead discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders to gather objectives and customer engagement requirements.<\/li><li>Define comprehensive target architectures across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights.<\/li><li>Convert business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using configuration, low-code, and custom development.<\/li><li>Document key architectural decisions including fit-gap analysis, environment strategy, data model, and security model design.<\/li><li>Design Dataverse data models, security architecture, and data migration strategies from legacy CRM systems.<\/li><li>Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise platforms using Azure Integration Services, APIs, and event-driven patterns.<\/li><li>Provide technical leadership to development teams, including design and code reviews and ALM practices using Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines.<\/li><li>Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and data privacy requirements, including regional data residency.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Over 10 years in enterprise technology with at least 6 years architecting Dynamics 365 CE \/ CRM solutions.<\/li><li>Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream Dynamics 365 implementations end to end.<\/li><li>Background in consulting or systems integration delivering enterprise client projects in a client-facing model.<\/li><li>Strong hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Dataverse including data modelling, security, business process flows, plugins, and Web API.<\/li><li>Good understanding of Power Platform governance including environments, DLP policies, and CoE approach.<\/li><li>Solid skills in Azure integration technologies such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, and Azure Synapse Link \/ Microsoft Fabric.<\/li><li>Experience leading data migration from legacy CRM platforms like older Dynamics versions or Salesforce.<\/li><li>Ability to clearly communicate architecture to both senior business stakeholders and technical teams.<\/li><li>Comfort working independently in a contract role and integrating quickly into client teams.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Nice to haves<\/h3><ul><li>Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) or Dynamics 365 functional certifications.<\/li><li>Experience with Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Omnichannel, or Field Service at scale.<\/li><li>Experience in regulated or public-sector industries such as financial services,
