Project Management leads sustainability initiatives and manages LEED certification processes for building projects, ensuring compliance with green building standards throughout design and construction phases.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Lead and coordinate sustainability and green building strategies during design and construction.<\/li><li>Manage LEED certification requirements following LEED BD+C guidelines.<\/li><li>Collaborate with architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and specialist consultants to incorporate sustainability into designs.<\/li><li>Review project designs, materials, and systems against sustainability and LEED standards.<\/li><li>Prepare and maintain LEED scorecards, compliance trackers, documentation, calculations, and submissions.<\/li><li>Identify opportunities to enhance energy efficiency, water efficiency, sustainable materials, indoor environmental quality, site sustainability, and waste reduction.<\/li><li>Coordinate sustainability requirements with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders during construction.<\/li><li>Support sustainability-related studies and participate in design workshops, technical meetings, and client presentations.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or related field.<\/li><li>At least 10 years of professional experience in sustainable buildings, green building design, or sustainability consultancy.<\/li><li>LEED AP BD+C certification is mandatory.<\/li><li>Experience with LEED-certified or sustainability-focused building projects.<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of LEED BD+C requirements, documentation, credits, and certification procedures.<\/li><li>Understanding of sustainable design principles including energy efficiency, water conservation, materials, indoor environmental quality, and environmental performance.<\/li><li>Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and reviewing technical drawings and material submissions from a sustainability perspective.<\/li><li>Good analytical, reporting, presentation, and communication skills.<\/li><li>Ability to manage sustainability deliverables and certification requirements across multiple project stages.<\/li><li>Experience with large-scale building, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, or institutional developments is preferred.<\/li><li>Excellent English proficiency;
