The role demands strong technical skills and advanced troubleshooting across diverse customer environments.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including physical servers, storage, and virtualization.<\/li><li>Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services.<\/li><li>Implement and support virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V; Nutanix AHV knowledge is a plus.<\/li><li>Deploy and manage Microsoft 365, Office 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Mobile Device Management solutions.<\/li><li>Support Microsoft Copilot deployment and integration within enterprise environments.<\/li><li>Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure and AWS, including migrations and hybrid setups.<\/li><li>Implement and support backup, replication, recovery, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions.<\/li><li>Integrate enterprise AI solutions using platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.<\/li><li>4\u20135 years of hands-on experience in systems engineering or enterprise IT environments.<\/li><li>Experience with
