throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring quality in both manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications, including AI-driven testing enhancements.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Lead QA strategy from planning to product release.<\/li><li>Work with Product Managers and Engineers to embed quality in Agile processes.<\/li><li>Create, run, and maintain manual and automated tests for web and mobile platforms.<\/li><li>Use AI-powered testing tools to enhance automation, coverage, and defect detection.<\/li><li>Validate AI-generated test cases, scripts, and outcomes for accuracy.<\/li><li>Manage functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing.<\/li><li>Track defects, improve QA frameworks, and monitor quality metrics.<\/li><li>Mentor QA team members and promote continuous improvement in testing and release quality.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.<\/li><li>8+ years of experience in Software QA or Quality Engineering.<\/li><li>Experience with manual and automated testing for web and mobile (iOS and Android).<\/li><li>Experience with AI-powered QA tools and validating AI-generated tests and automation scripts.<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, performance, and API testing.<\/li><li>Experience with SQL Server (MS SQL), REST APIs, and Postman.<\/li><li>Familiarity with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks is advantageous.<\/li><li>Proficiency with Git, GitHub, Jira, and Agile methodologies.<\/li><li>Basic understanding of .NET applications
