This role advises multiple stakeholders on AI matters and designs comprehensive AI systems.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Analyze business requirements and AI use cases to identify gaps, risks, and dependencies.<\/li><li>Recommend suitable AI approaches such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, or rules-based automation.<\/li><li>Design end-to-end AI architectures including LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, and predictive models.<\/li><li>Define AI platform standards, select models and platforms considering accuracy, cost, and security.<\/li><li>Ensure AI solutions comply with regulations and internal policies, collaborating with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.<\/li><li>Lead technical teams through development phases, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.<\/li><li>Establish MLOps\/LLMOps practices including deployment pipelines and model monitoring.<\/li><li>Contribute to AI strategy, monitor emerging technologies, and mentor team members.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Must haves<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s or master&#8217;s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.<\/li><li>10+ years in software or solution architecture with at least 4 years delivering AI\/ML solutions in production.<\/li><li>Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies like LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI agents.<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing.<\/li><li>Experience with major cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and on-premises\/open-source models.<\/li><li>Understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, and security architecture.<\/li><li>Experience in regulated industries, preferably banking or financial services.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Nice to haves<\/h3><ul><li>Experience with banking use cases such as KYC\/AML, fraud detection, credit scoring, customer service automation, and document
