The role involves translating business challenges into viable AI opportunities while ensuring profitable and deliverable deals.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Implement AI sales strategies targeting specific industries and accounts.<\/li><li>Manage revenue, bookings, and gross margin objectives.<\/li><li>Identify sales opportunities for AI software, platforms, implementation services, and subscriptions.<\/li><li>Lead account planning, territory management, and sales forecasting.<\/li><li>Develop relationships with executives, business leaders, IT, and procurement teams.<\/li><li>Position AI solutions based on measurable business outcomes like productivity and cost reduction.<\/li><li>Oversee complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to contract closure.<\/li><li>Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts.<\/li><li>Validate business needs, budgets, decision-maker involvement, and purchasing timelines for opportunities.<\/li><li>Collaborate with Presales and Product teams to confirm technical feasibility and delivery scope.<\/li><li>Approve customized proofs of concept with documented success criteria and resource needs.<\/li><li>Analyze unsuccessful opportunities and POCs to improve qualification and resource use.<\/li><li>Recruit, coach, and manage the AI sales team, setting targets and reviewing performance.<\/li><li>Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts.<\/li><li>Coordinate with Marketing for demand generation and Product for customer feedback.<\/li><li>Ensure smooth handover to Delivery and Customer Success teams.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.<\/li><li>At least 7 years of enterprise technology sales experience, including 5 years in sales leadership.<\/li><li>Proven success selling AI, data analytics, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.<\/li><li>Track record of meeting sales targets and closing complex, high-value deals.<\/li><li>Experience managing sales teams, strategic accounts, partners, and executive
