The role involves developing dashboards and metrics to monitor network performance, cost, service, and delivery outcomes, while applying advanced analytics and supporting AI\/ML capabilities.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Create, test, and implement reporting solutions and dashboards to improve network visibility.<\/li><li>Develop and maintain analytics pipelines and visualization platforms including Looker, Tableau, and Looker ML.<\/li><li>Collaborate with data, digital, and operations teams to ensure scalable and integrated solutions aligned with business needs.<\/li><li>Enhance reporting frameworks to incorporate AI\/ML insights and simulation tools.<\/li><li>Ensure reporting accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards.<\/li><li>Translate complex operational and financial data into clear reports for various stakeholders.<\/li><li>Prepare and integrate large datasets from sources like GCP, SQL, and internal\/external systems for consistency.<\/li><li>Support predictive analytics, scenario modelling, and optimisation analyses to inform decisions and improve operations.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field.<\/li><li>5+ years experience in analytics, tool development, or operations support in logistics, supply chain, or network environments.<\/li><li>Experience with performance reporting and incentive frameworks, preferably in delivery or logistics.<\/li><li>Proficiency in Tableau and Looker; experience with Looker ML is a plus.<\/li><li>Familiarity with Python, R, or other analytics languages is advantageous.<\/li><li>Knowledge of logistics operations, network planning, and key performance drivers.<\/li><li>Experience in Agile environments using Jira, GitLab, and Confluence for work management and
