The role focuses on coaching the team to meet and exceed renewal targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Lead and develop a team of Renewals Representatives for Territory Accounts.<\/li><li>Meet and surpass targets related to renewals, customer retention, and revenue.<\/li><li>Provide ongoing coaching, conduct renewal reviews, and enhance sales skills within the team.<\/li><li>Manage the renewal pipeline and forecasting to maintain clear visibility of opportunities and risks.<\/li><li>Guide the team in identifying renewal risks, handling customer objections, and closing renewals effectively.<\/li><li>Report on performance metrics including renewal rates, pipeline status, forecast accuracy, and revenue results.<\/li><li>Collaborate with Territory Sales, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Channel Team, partners, and distributors to align on customer priorities and renewal execution.<\/li><li>Identify gaps in partner or distributor capacity and work with the Channel Team to resolve them.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Must haves<\/h3><ul><li>7+ years in sales, renewals, account management, or related commercial roles in B2B, SaaS, or technology sectors.<\/li><li>5+ years managing people, preferably leading quota-carrying or customer-facing commercial teams.<\/li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales, renewal, retention, or revenue goals.<\/li><li>Strong skills in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance oversight.<\/li><li>Effective coaching and people development capabilities.<\/li><li>Customer-focused and commercially minded leadership style.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Nice to haves<\/h3><ul><li>Experience supporting high-volume customer segments.<\/li><li>Experience working with channel partners, ecosystem partners, and distributors.<\/li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM and forecasting tools.<\/li><\/ul><h3>What the
