The analyst collaborates with stakeholders and IT teams throughout project lifecycles.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Serve as the main IT liaison for Corporate Functions such as HR, Legal, and ESG.<\/li><li>Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand priorities and challenges.<\/li><li>Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and technology use.<\/li><li>Gather and analyze requirements through workshops and interviews.<\/li><li>Document current and future business processes and translate needs into clear requirements and user stories.<\/li><li>Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to design, evaluate, and implement solutions.<\/li><li>Support testing activities including UAT and ensure solutions meet business needs.<\/li><li>Maintain documentation, manage change control, and support IT governance and reporting.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Strong skills in business analysis and requirements management.<\/li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.<\/li><li>Experience in process mapping and improvement.<\/li><li>Knowledge of enterprise applications, integrations, and SaaS platforms.<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.<\/li><li>3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar IT roles.<\/li><li>Experience with Corporate Functions such as HR, Legal, ESG, or Finance.<\/li><li>Familiarity with Agile or traditional project delivery methodologies.<\/li><li>Ability to manage
