guide the enterprise exploration technology roadmap to enhance discovery and validation using automation, AI, and advanced sensing.<\/li><li>Translate emerging technologies into practical exploration tools, ensuring scientific validity and business value.<\/li><li>Incorporate technologies and methods from Oil &amp; Gas, space exploration, academia, and research to strengthen exploration capabilities.<\/li><li>Integrate geological and geophysical data with AI to improve subsurface interpretation and target evaluation.<\/li><li>Apply advanced analytics including predictive modeling and physics-informed AI to boost exploration insight speed and confidence.<\/li><li>Enhance the field-to-lab validation process by linking sensing, drilling, and sampling with automated analysis and digital traceability.<\/li><li>Design scalable workflows connecting field acquisition, laboratory analysis, and AI-driven interpretation to improve exploration productivity.<\/li><li>Assess frontier technologies for exploration value, balancing scientific robustness, readiness, cost, and scalability.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Advanced degree in Geoscience, Geophysics, Mining Engineering, or related field; MSc or PhD preferred.<\/li><li>Over 20 years of experience in mineral exploration, subsurface science, or related Oil &amp; Gas exploration sectors.<\/li><li>Proven experience applying Data &amp; AI, automation, advanced sensing, or subsurface analytics in exploration or similar technical settings.<\/li><li>Experience with advanced analytical laboratories, mineral characterization, high-throughput testing, and certified analytical methods.<\/li><li>Knowledge of AI-enabled QA\/QC, anomaly detection, confidence estimation, and uncertainty analysis with understanding of field exploration constraints.<\/li><li>Expertise in mineral exploration technology, subsurface science, and exploration workflow optimization.<\/li><li>Ability to influence
