main client contact, handling inquiries, demonstrating products, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.<\/li><li>Maintain and develop client relationships through consistent follow-ups and support.<\/li><li>Analyze client survey data, prepare for survey and spot poll releases, and detect remuneration trends and insights.<\/li><li>Utilize technology and AI tools to enhance processes and workflows.<\/li><li>Keep detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions for accountability.<\/li><li>Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve workflows
