customers in adopting, optimizing, and expanding the use of AlgoSec\u2019s cybersecurity solutions, acting as both strategic and technical advisors.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Identify gaps in customer adoption and develop customized success plans aligned with product value.<\/li><li>Monitor adoption health across assigned customers and prepare quarterly improvement strategies.<\/li><li>Collaborate with the renewals team to link adoption status with renewal outcomes and manage churn risks.<\/li><li>Work with internal teams and sales to identify and quantify opportunities for customer expansion.<\/li><li>Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and provide strategic guidance and best practices.<\/li><li>Lead customer engagements including Executive Business Reviews and maintain proactive communication.<\/li><li>Document use cases, success stories, and lessons learned to enhance the Customer Success knowledge base.<\/li><li>Represent the customer\u2019s interests internally to ensure their needs are addressed.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Must haves<\/h3><ul><li>At least 5 years in Customer Success or related roles in enterprise software, preferably in security or systems integration.<\/li><li>Experience managing strategic and enterprise-level customers with proven success.<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of network security, governance, audit, risk, and compliance.<\/li><li>Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable with client-facing interactions.<\/li><li>Excellent consulting, project management, and data-driven decision-making abilities.<\/li><li>Good understanding of security technologies (firewalls, IDS\/IPS, SDN, compliance) and APIs (Java, REST).<\/li><li>Familiarity with infrastructure, cloud environments (public\/private\/hybrid), and networking (LAN\/WAN).<\/li><li>Ability to adapt and remain resilient in fast-paced environments.<\/li><li>Executive presence to handle high-stakes discussions and escalations.<\/li><li>Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic.<\/li><li>Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Nice to haves<\/h3><ul><li>Experience with Salesforce.com
