This role involves understanding customer operations, designing solutions, demonstrating value, and securing technical approvals while collaborating with sales, product, and delivery teams.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Conduct discovery meetings with various customer stakeholders to translate their needs into solution designs.<\/li><li>Present tailored product demonstrations and proofs of concept for each customer environment.<\/li><li>Manage RFP and tender responses including compliance, technical proposals, architecture, sizing, and bills of quantity.<\/li><li>Develop business cases and ROI models linking solutions to measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.<\/li><li>Collaborate with sales on account strategy, opportunity qualification, and competitive positioning.<\/li><li>Lead and mentor the presales team, establishing standards for demos, proposals, and customer interactions.<\/li><li>Ensure thorough handover to delivery with complete documentation of scope, assumptions, and integration needs.<\/li><li>Provide market and customer feedback to product management to influence the product roadmap.<\/li><li>Represent Globitel at industry events, workshops, and partner meetings.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>7\u201310 years in presales, solution consulting, or solution architecture for enterprise software, including 2\u20133 years in a leadership role.<\/li><li>Strong expertise in contact center and customer experience technologies such as call recording, quality management, workforce management, speech and text analytics, conversational AI, or CCaaS platforms.<\/li><li>Practical experience with AI and generative AI in CX, including virtual agents, speech analytics, and agent assist.<\/li><li>Good knowledge of contact center infrastructure and integrations including telephony platforms, SIP, CTI, CRM, APIs, and deployment models (cloud, on-premise, hybrid).<\/li><li>Proven success in securing complex deals with telecom operators, banks, government, or large enterprises.<\/li><li>Experience selling to regulated industries like banking, insurance, and utilities.<\/li><li>Established network of CX and contact center decision-makers.<\/li><li>Extensive experience responding to RFPs and competitive tenders.<\/li><li>Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for both technical and executive audiences.<\/li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s
