developing and enhancing digital platforms with a focus on cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Flutter, alongside backend and web development tasks.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS using React Native and Flutter.<\/li><li>Implement mobile app features such as offline use, local storage, synchronization, notifications, and API connectivity.<\/li><li>Create backend services and APIs with Node.js.<\/li><li>Develop and maintain web applications using React and other JavaScript frameworks.<\/li><li>Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and external systems.<\/li><li>Identify and fix software defects, synchronization, and performance issues.<\/li><li>Maintain and improve existing codebases and applications.<\/li><li>Participate in code reviews and software testing activities.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Must haves<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.<\/li><li>At least five years of professional software development experience.<\/li><li>Strong experience with React Native for mobile app development.<\/li><li>Strong experience with Flutter and Dart.<\/li><li>Proficiency in JavaScript and\/or TypeScript.<\/li><li>Experience with Node.js and React or similar JavaScript frameworks.<\/li><li>Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.<\/li><li>Experience with relational databases and SQL.<\/li><li>Experience using Git and collaborative workflows.<\/li><li>Experience publishing or supporting production mobile apps on Android and\/or iOS.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Nice to haves<\/h3><ul><li>Experience with offline-first apps and synchronization workflows.<\/li><li>PHP development experience, including Laravel or CodeIgniter.<\/li><li>Familiarity with additional JavaScript frameworks.<\/li><li>Knowledge of Docker, CI\/CD, and cloud
