This role supports tracking of project timelines, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, while preparing dashboards and reports to aid decision-making.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Gather and consolidate project timelines, milestones, budgets, forecasts, and KPI data into standardized portfolio trackers and reports as defined by PMO and R&amp;D leadership.<\/li><li>Maintain and update portfolio dashboards and performance reports following R&amp;D leadership formats.<\/li><li>Identify and report missing or incomplete data submissions to R&amp;D teams and PMO for follow-up.<\/li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand various aspects of R&amp;D operations.<\/li><li>Coordinate with Finance, R&amp;D, PMO, and Pipeline teams to collect project financial data.<\/li><li>Support analysis and consolidation of budget versus actual spend and forecast data for portfolio reporting.<\/li><li>Assist in preparing inputs for budget planning and forecasting cycles.<\/li><li>Prepare dashboards, reports, and PowerPoint presentations for R&amp;D leadership meetings and coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, agendas, and materials distribution.<\/li><li>Track action items and decisions from R&amp;D leadership meetings and follow up with responsible parties.<\/li><li>Maintain meeting minutes, decision logs, and reports from R&amp;D leadership review meetings.<\/li><li>Support ad hoc data requests and analyses for R&amp;D leadership.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Pharmacy; recent graduates with brief pharmaceutical industry experience are encouraged to apply.<\/li><li>Strong academic record with interest in data analytics and R&amp;D operations.<\/li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with dashboard\/BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is required.<\/li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li><li>Good analytical skills with ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.<\/li><li>Clear written and verbal communication skills.<\/li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally and manage inputs from multiple stakeholders.<\/li><li>Discretion in handling confidential project and financial data.<\/li><li>Fluency in English, both written and verbal.<\/li><li>1\u20132 years of experience suitable for trainee or entry level; internship or academic project experience in project coordination, data analysis, or reporting is a plus.<\/li><li>Prior exposure to R&amp;D, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry
