This role combines technical expertise, commercial insight, and relationship management to support dealers, develop new partnerships, and drive regional growth.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Establish and maintain trusted relationships with Authorized Dealers in the Middle East and Africa to support their business growth and customer service excellence.<\/li><li>Provide technical and commercial support to dealers to help identify appropriate solutions for customer needs.<\/li><li>Assist dealers with pricing, proposals, bids, and project opportunities to enhance their sales pipelines and promote sustainable growth.<\/li><li>Enhance dealer capabilities through training, coaching, and support of sales and business processes.<\/li><li>Engage with customers, consulting engineers, and the market to monitor trends, strengthen specifications, and relay regional insights to Reliable Controls.<\/li><li>Monitor dealer performance, project pipelines, and market opportunities to manage risks and ensure alignment with regional business plans.<\/li><li>Identify and develop new Authorized Dealers to expand Reliable Controls\u2019 regional presence strategically.<\/li><li>Represent Reliable Controls at customer sites, trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities across the region.<\/li><li>Create and implement an annual regional business plan including dealer and sales targets.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in building automation or controls, preferably in engineering, technical support, systems integration, channel\/distribution support, or business development.<\/li><li>Post-secondary education in Electrical\/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.<\/li><li>Strong technical knowledge of building automation systems with the ability to translate customer and dealer needs into practical solutions.<\/li><li>Commercial acumen and relationship-building skills to support and influence independent business partners.<\/li><li>Experience working with dealers, distributors, systems integrators, or other channel-based networks.<\/li><li>Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a significant asset.<\/li><li>Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30\u201340% across the Middle East and Africa to support dealers, customers, consultants, and business development activities.<\/li><\/ul><h3>What the company
