The role involves contributing to report drafting and review in accordance with internal and donor requirements.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Assist in developing and updating the overall M&amp;E framework for IOM OPT, including indicators and tools for various monitoring processes.<\/li><li>Ensure financial planning and oversight of M&amp;E activities, including budgeting, expenditure monitoring, and budget adjustments.<\/li><li>Support integration of protection, gender, and inclusion in monitoring frameworks and tools.<\/li><li>Support planning and coordination of evaluations, including drafting Terms of Reference and facilitating evaluation missions.<\/li><li>Coordinate third-party monitoring activities, including preparation of scopes of work and review of reports.<\/li><li>Support regular progress tracking, data verification, and quality checks for monitoring data.<\/li><li>Assist in preparing donor reports and analytical inputs, ensuring coherence between narrative and quantitative data.<\/li><li>Contribute to capacity-building activities on M&amp;E, RBM, data collection, accountability, and reporting.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Master\u2019s degree in relevant fields with two years of experience, or Bachelor\u2019s degree with four years of experience.<\/li><li>Technical knowledge in project development, quantitative and qualitative M&amp;E methods, and reporting.<\/li><li>Experience in RBM, logical frameworks, M&amp;E system implementation, and report writing.<\/li><li>Proven experience in data management, analysis, and reporting in humanitarian contexts.<\/li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, writing, presentation, and facilitation skills.<\/li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of databases and statistical tools.<\/li><li>Fluency in English required; Arabic fluency is an advantage.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<div
