The position involves collaboration with sales, product management, delivery teams, and customers to develop commercially compelling solutions.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Lead comprehensive solution architecture across application, transport, access, cloud, infrastructure, and core network domains.<\/li><li>Design solutions optimized for scalability, resilience, service continuity, performance, and secure connectivity.<\/li><li>Serve as a trusted technical advisor during customer engagements, workshops, demonstrations, proposals, and executive discussions.<\/li><li>Manage cross-functional and multi-vendor integration ensuring interface alignment, interoperability, and end-to-end service assurance.<\/li><li>Coordinate technical plans, dependencies, sequencing, risks, and mitigation actions across multiple domains.<\/li><li>Translate customer requirements and constraints into tailored, commercially compelling solutions supporting business growth.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Expertise in MCPTT architecture, standards, service workflows, priorities, group communication, dispatching, control-room operations, field-user integration, and mission-critical needs.<\/li><li>Knowledge of eMBMS for group and broadcast communication and network efficiency optimization.<\/li><li>Strong IP networking skills including routing, switching, traffic engineering, QoS, redundancy, latency, isolation, backhaul, fronthaul, and secure transport architectures.<\/li><li>Understanding of device ecosystems, provisioning, lifecycle management, MDM solutions, security enforcement, and application control.<\/li><li>Familiarity with cloud and on-premises infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, virtualization, containerization, orchestration, data centers, cabling, power, and connectivity.<\/li><li>Knowledge of BSS integrations such as Active Directory, billing, mediation, provisioning, and core-network domains including Packet Core, DNS, APN, and PCRF\/QoS enforcement.<\/li><li>Awareness of RAN dependencies and their impact on service performance and coverage, including satellite communication integration with terrestrial networks.<\/li><li>Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, solution justification, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.<\/li><li>Experience designing and assessing complex, resilient, end-to-end mission-critical network solutions.<\/li><li>Experience with testing and validation tools such as VIAVI and MiW, including KPI validation,
