The position involves designing and operationalizing scalable AI solutions, integrating large language models, and embedding AI into business processes.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Manage up to two projects alongside senior leaders to define AI-driven FAAS strategies addressing risk and maximizing value from emerging technologies.<\/li><li>Help clients realize business value through AI use-cases including LLMs, GenAI applications, and MLOps implementation.<\/li><li>Ensure timely delivery compliant with regulatory requirements and effective execution of the FAAS service delivery framework.<\/li><li>Collaborate with other service lines for integrated service delivery and monitor engagement team performance against budget.<\/li><li>Stay updated on emerging AI trends and evaluate innovative AI\/GenAI tools.<\/li><li>Support business development and go-to-market efforts in AI and GenAI.<\/li><li>Work with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to align AI solutions with strategic goals and deliver business impact.<\/li><li>Travel as required based on business needs.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree with approximately 4 to 5 years of related work experience.<\/li><li>At least 5+ years of experience in a global consulting firm.<\/li><li>Practical experience in AI and ML development using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).<\/li><li>Hands-on experience building and fine-tuning LLMs using frameworks like LangChain, HuggingFace, or OpenAI APIs.<\/li><li>Experience designing MLOps pipelines, AI solution architecture, and deploying AI models in production.<\/li><li>Exposure to GenAI use cases such as document summarization, chatbots, intelligent assistants, and code generation.<\/li><li>Domain knowledge in Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, or Telecom.<\/li><li>Ability to translate complex business problems into AI solutions with measurable impact.<\/li><li>Knowledge of data privacy, ethical AI, and responsible AI principles.<\/li><li>Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice.<\/li><li>Experience with GenAI tooling ecosystems
