Operations team in MENA by managing data, systems, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate reporting and enhance operational efficiency.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Conduct routine data quality checks on real estate portfolio and development project data, addressing discrepancies with relevant teams.<\/li><li>Maintain data governance by managing access controls, refresh schedules, documentation, and automated reporting.<\/li><li>Create and update standardized data models and reporting templates for consistent regional measurement.<\/li><li>Develop and automate dashboards, reports, and analytical models using Google Sheets, Excel, and BI tools to aid decision-making.<\/li><li>Lead the deployment and adoption of software platforms such as Yardi, Procore, or other real estate\/construction\/project management tools.<\/li><li>Collect, clean, and analyze operational and system usage data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.<\/li><li>Train users on dashboards, trackers, and systems to ensure correct data input and understanding.<\/li><li>Design and monitor KPIs related to real estate development including cost, schedule, risk, and platform adoption metrics.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related analytical field.<\/li><li>3-5+ years of experience in roles such as Data Analyst or Business Analyst.<\/li><li>Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel, including dashboards, pivot tables, automation, and reporting.<\/li><li>Knowledge of forecasting concepts including trends and projection techniques.<\/li><li>Experience with SQL and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.<\/li><li>Hands-on experience with real estate, construction, or project management platforms is highly preferred.<\/li><li>Fluency in English and Arabic with strong communication and training
