applications, platforms, and integrations, ensuring system performance and availability while managing a support team.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Lead daily support activities for digital systems such as applications, platforms, integrations, and portals.<\/li><li>Ensure incidents, service requests, and problems are resolved promptly according to SLAs.<\/li><li>Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues.<\/li><li>Monitor system performance and optimize availability.<\/li><li>Manage and mentor the Digital Systems Support team, assign tasks, and oversee performance.<\/li><li>Implement ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.<\/li><li>Track and report KPIs, SLAs, and service performance metrics.<\/li><li>Participate in digital transformation projects, system upgrades, and vendor coordination.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.<\/li><li>At least 5 years of IT\/application support experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of digital platforms, SaaS solutions, and system integrations.<\/li><li>Experience with ITIL processes, service desk tools, and incident management systems.<\/li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle, AWS, and Azure, and enterprise applications preferred.<\/li><li>Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like SAMA CSF and PDPL is a plus.<\/li><li>Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.<\/li><li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.<\/li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.<\/li><li>Strong vendor management and
