This role involves managing strategic sales pursuits, pricing, and market insights to support order intake and profitability.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities with utilities, developers, EPCs, and industrial clients in Jordan and neighboring Middle East markets to build a qualified sales pipeline.<\/li><li>Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity qualification to contract closing, ensuring alignment with order intake and gross profit goals.<\/li><li>Develop and implement project strategies including feasibility studies, pricing targets, pre-qualification documentation, and coordination with tender management through order placement.<\/li><li>Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers at utility, EPC, and developer accounts, managing stakeholder dynamics during acquisition and negotiation.<\/li><li>Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer demand trends, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and the MI tool to support business planning.<\/li><li>Provide market intelligence to headquarters to aid marketing concepts, business plans, portfolio launches, and conduct win\/loss analyses to improve competitive positioning.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering to engage technically with customers on HV solutions.<\/li><li>5\u201310 years of sales and business development experience in High Voltage Substations, Products &amp; Services, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.<\/li><li>Experience applying grid technology solutions in Middle East markets, especially with strong knowledge of the Jordanian market.<\/li><li>Technical expertise in HV equipment and systems such as GIS\/AIS switchgear, transformers, substations, and automation, control &amp; protection technologies.<\/li><li>Strong commercial skills including contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and deal structuring through to contract signature.<\/li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with resilience and adaptability in a competitive tendering
