airline and aviation clients in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating teams.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Manage comprehensive IT service delivery for airline\/aviation clients.<\/li><li>Serve as the main contact for clients and key stakeholders.<\/li><li>Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.<\/li><li>Monitor service performance and pursue continuous improvements.<\/li><li>Coordinate technical, operational, and support teams to address service issues.<\/li><li>Handle incidents, problems, escalations, and service requests.<\/li><li>Prepare and deliver service performance reports to clients and management.<\/li><li>Conduct regular service reviews and stakeholder meetings.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Must haves<\/h3><ul><li>Proven experience in the Airline\/Aviation industry (mandatory).<\/li><li>Experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar IT service management role.<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL principles.<\/li><li>Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, service performance, and escalations.<\/li><li>Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.<\/li><li>Ability to coordinate cross-functional technical and operational teams.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Nice to haves<\/h3><ul><li>ITIL certification.<\/li><li>Experience with airline IT
