class=\"mjbar-en\" dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">\n<h3>Job Summary<\/h3><p>The Co-Founder &amp; Chief Commercial Officer will lead the venture from pilot to a licensed, scaling B2B marketplace in Riyadh, managing supply and demand sides, commercial strategy, and overall P&amp;L while building and leading the founding team.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Manage the overall P&amp;L and go-to-market strategy to scale the Riyadh marketplace.<\/li><li>Develop and maintain the supply side by negotiating with wholesalers and suppliers on discounts, terms, and availability.<\/li><li>Grow and manage the demand side by signing, onboarding, and expanding a base of large garages and overseeing B2B field sales.<\/li><li>Set pricing and margin strategies for both buy-side discounts and wholesale-to-retail spreads.<\/li><li>Build and lead the founding team and manage key relationships with wholesalers, garage chains, insurers, and the studio\/Investment Committee.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>8-12+ years in commercial, GM, or founder roles in the auto aftermarket, B2B distribution\/trading, or industrial supply, preferably in KSA\/GCC.<\/li><li>Proven track record of personally signing suppliers and customers and growing a two-sided or distribution business.<\/li><li>Deep understanding of Saudi auto-parts trade purchasing, pricing, and payment processes with an existing Riyadh network of wholesalers, garages, and insurers.<\/li><li>Experience leading a P&amp;L and building and managing a team.<\/li><li>Clear communication skills with suppliers, garages, insurers, and the studio\/board.<\/li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English and residency in Riyadh.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Nice to haves<\/h3><ul><li>Existing relationships with large chains (e.g., Petromin), insurers (e.g., Tawuniya, Najm), or major wholesalers.<\/li><li>Familiarity with CR, ZATCA, or licensing processes.<\/li><\/ul><h3>What the company
