structural design and engineering of E-houses and prefabricated electrical buildings, covering all phases from design to installation.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Perform complete structural engineering for E-houses, including analysis and design of steel frames, floors, roofs, walls, and equipment supports.<\/li><li>Account for significant electrical equipment loads such as transformers, switchgear, MCCs, UPS systems, batteries, cable trays, and HVAC equipment.<\/li><li>Design structures considering static, dynamic, operational, transportation, lifting, wind, seismic, and other load conditions.<\/li><li>Focus on structural behavior during lifting, loading, transportation, unloading, and final positioning, including lifting points and temporary supports.<\/li><li>Develop and review lifting and transportation engineering methodologies, calculations, and method statements.<\/li><li>Prepare and review structural calculations, 3D\/CAD models, fabrication drawings, connection details, and technical documentation.<\/li><li>Coordinate closely with electrical, mechanical, fabrication, production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure design suitability.<\/li><li>Review fabrication and shop drawings and provide engineering solutions during fabrication and installation.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of direct experience in structural design and engineering of E-houses or similar prefabricated electrical buildings.<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design of steel-framed E-houses and modular buildings.<\/li><li>Proven ability to design for heavy electrical and mechanical equipment loads.<\/li><li>Experience designing for lifting, transportation, handling, unloading, and installation conditions.<\/li><li>Ability to assess center of gravity, lifting loads, lifting points, temporary supports, load paths, and transportation restraints.<\/li><li>Experience developing or reviewing lifting plans, calculations, and method statements for E-house modules.<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of steel connections, bolted\/welded connections, base frames, skids, lifting lugs, and structural interfaces.<\/li><li>Proficiency in structural analysis\/design software and AutoCAD\/CAD or 3D structural modeling tools.<\/li><li>Experience preparing and reviewing structural calculations, fabrication drawings, connection details, and engineering documentation.<\/li><li>Understanding of international and local structural codes and standards related to steel structures, wind, seismic, lifting, transportation, and industrial facilities.<\/li><li>Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including electrical, mechanical, architectural, fabrication, production, logistics, and installation.<\/li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.<\/li><li>Professional certification\/licensure is an advantage.<\/li><li>Experience with industrial E-houses, substations, data centers, power facilities, or similar heavy-duty prefabricated
