&#8211; Technical Product Management at Qiddiya Digital leads the end-to-end product ownership of key digital capabilities within Qiddiya&#8217;s ecosystem, collaborating closely with the Lead Software Engineer to align business and technical goals throughout the product lifecycle.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Manage the product roadmap and set priorities for the assigned digital domain.<\/li><li>Convert business goals and customer needs into defined product capabilities, requirements, and measurable results.<\/li><li>Collaborate with the Lead Software Engineer to ensure alignment of product priorities with architecture, technical feasibility, and engineering capacity.<\/li><li>Maintain and prioritize the product backlog considering customer value, business impact, risks, dependencies, and technical factors.<\/li><li>Develop clear business requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and non-functional expectations.<\/li><li>Ensure product capabilities support reuse across Qiddiya\u2019s assets, brands, channels, and customer journeys.<\/li><li>Lead discovery activities including stakeholder workshops, customer research, journey analysis, process mapping, and solution validation.<\/li><li>Oversee vendor delivery teams to ensure alignment with Qiddiya&#8217;s priorities and standards, retaining product decisions and knowledge within the company.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>At least 7 years of product management experience in complex digital, technology, or customer-facing environments.<\/li><li>Demonstrated experience managing digital products from discovery through delivery, launch, operation, and continuous improvement.<\/li><li>Strong technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, digital platforms, data flows, cloud services, and modern software delivery practices.<\/li><li>Experience managing products related to commerce, checkout, loyalty, customer accounts, mobile experiences, ticketing, payments, or digital platforms.<\/li><li>Proven ability to define product strategies, roadmaps, business requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.<\/li><li>Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to make informed product and technical trade-offs.<\/li><li>Experience managing vendors, system integrators, or outsourced product and delivery teams.<\/li><li>Strong analytical skills using product, customer, operational, and commercial data to inform decisions.<\/li><li>Ability to handle multiple stakeholders, competing priorities,
