It involves strategic sales planning, relationship building, and market expansion.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals and revenue targets.<\/li><li>Lead sales efforts in assigned markets to surpass sales objectives.<\/li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in municipal water, wastewater, district cooling, industrial water, and smart city projects.<\/li><li>Build and maintain relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering value-driven solutions.<\/li><li>Manage strategic relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, developers, system integrators, and government stakeholders.<\/li><li>Oversee key accounts and channel partners.<\/li><li>Conduct consultative discussions addressing technical, commercial, operational, and project requirements.<\/li><li>Support strategic engagements in giga and infrastructure projects such as NEOM, Qiddiya, Diriyah Gate, Red Sea Global, King Salman Park, and Green Riyadh.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, Environmental Engineering, or related technical fields.<\/li><li>More than 5 years of experience in municipal water, flow instrumentation, water quality instrumentation, industrial automation, or smart water technologies.<\/li><li>Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is preferred.<\/li><li>Proven success in technical sales, business development, and strategic account management.<\/li><li>Experience working with utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, and channel partners is highly desirable.<\/li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.<\/li><li>Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.<\/li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.<\/li><li>Strong customer relationship management capabilities.<\/li><li>Strategic thinker with commercial awareness.<\/li><li>Self-motivated and proactive personality.<\/li><li>Ability to engage, motivate, and train customers and distributors.<\/li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills.<\/li><li>Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, ERP, and reporting tools.<\/li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic
