consultants to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the Sprinklr Platform, aligning with customer goals and satisfaction.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Manage and guide a high-performing implementation consulting team, supporting their development.<\/li><li>Monitor and improve team performance on billable utilization and key business metrics.<\/li><li>Define and uphold regional implementation strategies in coordination with other leaders.<\/li><li>Collaborate with regional leaders across Sprinklr and related teams.<\/li><li>Lead production of regional deliverables to enhance team performance and customer impact.<\/li><li>Ensure implementation delivery standards are met and address any deviations.<\/li><li>Serve as an escalation point for implementation consultants and represent Services leadership in strategic customer meetings.<\/li><li>Provide expert recommendations on platform design and configuration to meet client expectations.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>8+ years of experience in enterprise software deployment management or implementation.<\/li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confident presentation abilities.<\/li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.<\/li><li>Strong people and team management skills with leadership proficiency.<\/li><li>Strong technical background.<\/li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions.<\/li><li>Experience and passion for social media technology.<\/li><li>Ability to manage multiple assignments
