This role involves system integration, configuration, and continuous improvement of IRIS modules to support organizational goals and collaboration with cross-functional teams.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Ensure accurate and efficient data exchange across partner API ecosystems.<\/li><li>Develop ETL processes to ingest healthcare data into FHIR resources and profiles.<\/li><li>Design and implement scalable data integration and interoperability solutions using IRIS For Health, Ensemble, Cache, and ObjectScript.<\/li><li>Create tables, classes, program logic, backend API code, and job routines based on solution requirements.<\/li><li>Develop and maintain healthcare system interfaces using HL7v2, HL7v3, FHIR, CDA, and X12 standards.<\/li><li>Create and maintain data mapping specifications to convert non-FHIR data formats into FHIR-compliant data.<\/li><li>Implement terminology mappings such as SNOMED, ICD, LOINC, and apply privacy\/confidentiality filters.<\/li><li>Develop REST\/SOAP web services and configure ISC API Manager to create APIs for the solution.<\/li><li>Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security regulations including HIPAA.<\/li><li>Maintain documentation of FHIR implementations, data transformation processes, and data flows.<\/li><li>Use GIT, Atlassian, and scripting to enhance deployment and integration processes.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.<\/li><li>Experience in system integration, data migration, and application configuration.<\/li><li>Strong understanding of system architecture, server management, and network infrastructure.<\/li><li>Proficiency in SQL, database management, and scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.<\/li><li>Experience with cloud environments and virtualization technologies.<\/li><li>Knowledge of data security standards, access control, and compliance protocols.<\/li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li><li>Expertise in strategic planning, data analytics, and problem-solving.<\/li><li>Deep knowledge of digital health technologies and trends focused on innovation.<\/li><li>Proven experience in project management and client relationship building.<\/li><li>Understanding of healthcare
