&amp; Control Centre by collecting, validating, analysing, and reporting on operational, GIS, GPS, and fleet data to enhance fleet utilization, route efficiency, and overall operational performance.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyse data related to fleet, GPS, GIS, operations, and service performance.<\/li><li>Monitor vehicle utilization, trip volumes, travel distances, working hours, route adherence, and key performance indicators.<\/li><li>Identify operational trends, abnormalities, variances, and performance gaps, recommending corrective actions.<\/li><li>Compare planned versus actual routes, trips, vehicle usage, and operational outcomes.<\/li><li>Use GIS and digital mapping to analyse service areas, routes, vehicle movements, and coverage.<\/li><li>Analyse GPS and fleet-tracking data to assess vehicle movements, route compliance, and efficiency.<\/li><li>Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers using Microsoft Excel and other tools, ensuring accuracy and clarity.<\/li><li>Support the Command &amp; Control Centre by monitoring daily fleet activities, collaborating with operational teams, and assisting in issue resolution.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, GIS, fleet performance, operational reporting, or similar roles.<\/li><li>Experience with GIS systems, digital mapping, GPS, and fleet-tracking platforms.<\/li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, KPI reporting, data analysis, and dashboard creation.<\/li><li>Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.<\/li><li>Ability to work shifts and operate effectively within a Command &amp; Control Centre environment.<\/li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment.<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, GIS, or related field.<\/li><li>Experience in fleet management, transportation, waste management, facilities management, or logistics is advantageous.<\/li><li>Knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is a plus.<\/li><\/ul><h3>What the company
