Executive at Unifonic is responsible for remotely developing and achieving sales targets by building strong relationships with strategic clients and promoting the company\u2019s solutions to meet customer needs.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Expand the customer base and enhance existing business relationships while reporting relevant data.<\/li><li>Create compelling sales presentations for potential clients.<\/li><li>Maintain records of sales leads and account status using the CRM system.<\/li><li>Identify key decision-makers among leads and arrange meetings to initiate sales.<\/li><li>Achieve quarterly sales targets set by management.<\/li><li>Regularly follow up with existing clients to cross-sell and up-sell products.<\/li><li>Keep clients informed about new products and sales updates, renew contracts, and maintain clear sales records.<\/li><li>Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust and satisfaction.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>At least 4 years of recent hands-on experience in B2B within the IT or Telecom industry.<\/li><li>Strong skills in territory development, lead generation, and qualification.<\/li><li>Good understanding of the sales cycle, sales management, and various industries.<\/li><li>Effective and proactive communication with excellent influencing and negotiation abilities.<\/li><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.<\/li><li>Comfortable engaging with high-level decision-makers.<\/li><li>Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.<\/li><li>Fluent in English and Arabic with strong writing and verbal communication skills.<\/li><li>Basic to practical understanding of AI tools (Level L2-L3) applied in sales tasks, including prospecting, outreach personalization, CRM insights, and pipeline management, with familiarity in ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or
