This role involves using analytics and forecasting to optimize workforce capacity and support organizational growth.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Create and apply strategic workforce planning models that integrate talent acquisition, development, and retention with long-term objectives.<\/li><li>Perform detailed workforce analytics to detect talent shortages, skill gaps, and risks, offering actionable insights.<\/li><li>Develop and update forecasting models to anticipate workforce demands based on market and economic trends.<\/li><li>Conduct scenario planning to assess how different strategies and external factors affect workforce needs and organizational capacity.<\/li><li>Work with business and HR leaders to convert strategic goals into specific workforce requirements including headcount and skills.<\/li><li>Oversee workforce planning projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.<\/li><li>Communicate complex data and strategic recommendations to senior leadership using effective data visualization and clear messaging.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Must haves<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.<\/li><li>At least 5 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, strategic HR, or analytical consulting.<\/li><li>Expertise in workforce analytics, forecasting, scenario planning, and HR data analysis.<\/li><li>Experience with strategic workforce planning methodologies and best practices.<\/li><li>Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.<\/li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with stakeholder influence capability.<\/li><li>Knowledge of budgeting and financial modeling related to workforce planning.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Nice to haves<\/h3><ul><li>Certified Workforce Planner (CWP) designation.<\/li><li>Consulting experience including project leadership and client
