The role also leads AI, automation, and reporting transformation initiatives.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Collaborate with Business Development teams to deliver client, portfolio, and market performance reports for informed decision-making and growth identification.<\/li><li>Analyze client, product, market, and revenue data to detect underperformance, risks, and growth opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.<\/li><li>Create and monitor action plans with Business Development teams to address performance gaps and ensure accountability.<\/li><li>Design and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reports for timely visibility into business performance.<\/li><li>Lead business reviews with analysis, commentary, and strategic advice to support leadership decisions.<\/li><li>Conduct detailed analyses on clients, industries, products, and initiatives to identify trends and commercial insights.<\/li><li>Drive the KBO AI and Automation agenda by identifying use cases, implementing AI solutions, enhancing reporting, and improving productivity through automation.<\/li><li>Support client events, strategic programs, and cross-functional projects to strengthen client relationships and commercial success.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in business planning, analytics, strategy, consulting, financial services, or payments industry.<\/li><li>Strong skills in business performance management, reporting, analytics, and translating data into insights.<\/li><li>Ability to analyze client, market, product, and revenue performance to find growth opportunities and gaps.<\/li><li>Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, business reviews, and performance reports.<\/li><li>Experience leading cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.<\/li><li>Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills with Business Development teams and senior leaders.<\/li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.<\/li><li>Experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is a strong advantage.<\/li><li>Excellent
