The role involves working with multiple data sources and reporting tools to analyze and optimize talent acquisition processes.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Extract and analyze recruitment data from iCIMS ATS and Excel reports to generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.<\/li><li>Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations for real-time recruitment performance insights.<\/li><li>Identify trends and anomalies in recruitment data to aid decision-making.<\/li><li>Produce ad-hoc reports based on stakeholder requests.<\/li><li>Calculate and report on recruitment metrics such as time to fill, time to respond, interview to offer ratios, and candidate experience.<\/li><li>Analyze employee retention data including turnover rates, tenure, and attrition trends, and correlate with recruitment metrics.<\/li><li>Conduct root cause analysis on recruitment challenges and develop forecasting models for hiring timelines.<\/li><li>Ensure data quality and integrity across recruitment systems and standardize data entry processes.<\/li><li>Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders in clear formats.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in business, data, or HR analytics.<\/li><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field.<\/li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and data visualization.<\/li><li>Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
