The expert will also provide technical leadership, ensure code quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Lead mobile app development using the Flutter framework across multiple platforms.<\/li><li>Define and manage mobile app architecture applying patterns like MVVM or MVC.<\/li><li>Write clean and efficient Dart code and implement thorough testing practices.<\/li><li>Guide state management approaches using Provider, BLoC, or MobX.<\/li><li>Promote best practices in performance, code reuse, and user experience design.<\/li><li>Oversee API integration with backend systems via RESTful or GraphQL.<\/li><li>Mentor junior and mid-level developers and conduct code reviews.<\/li><li>Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, and QA teams for release planning and delivery.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.<\/li><li>At least 8 years of experience in mobile application development (iOS or Android).<\/li><li>Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter framework.<\/li><li>Experience
