and execute a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting system for projects.<\/li><li>Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of KPIs across all departments.<\/li><li>Guarantee accuracy, reliability, and consistency of performance data.<\/li><li>Identify trends and improvement opportunities through data analysis.<\/li><li>Provide guidance on KPIs and performance measurement.<\/li><li>Deliver regular performance reports and updates to senior management.<\/li><li>Collaborate with department heads to create action plans addressing performance issues.<\/li><li>Coordinate with IT to maintain optimal functioning of monitoring and reporting systems.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in engineering from an accredited university.<\/li><li>At least 10 years of experience in project management on large projects.<\/li><li>Extensive knowledge and experience with professional project management processes and procedures.<\/li><li>Familiarity with engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up\/set-up processes.<\/li><li>Experience in continuous improvement and talent
