portfolio trends to develop strategies for improving activation, usage, and retention.<\/li><li>Assist in developing and implementing strategies to grow the credit card portfolio aligned with business goals.<\/li><li>Manage customer engagement and balance growth initiatives, including end-to-end campaign management across channels.<\/li><li>Support credit card installment plan strategies by designing payment plans and optimizing sales and revenue.<\/li><li>Design and execute lifecycle campaigns and customer engagement programs with full campaign management and communication.<\/li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign and offer execution.<\/li><li>Optimize portfolio performance through segmentation, targeting, and personalized offers.<\/li><li>Provide support for campaign rollout, tracking, reporting, and ensure alignment on objectives and compliance.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Experience with cards cross-border payments, e-commerce, and merchant partnerships.<\/li><li>Proven skills in campaign execution, customer segmentation, and performance analytics.<\/li><li>12+ years in banking, payments, or consulting focused on credit card portfolio optimization and digital engagement, preferably with regional experience.<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent; advanced degree or MBA preferred.<\/li><li>Knowledge of Cards P&amp;L, revenue, loyalty programs, and campaign management is a plus.<\/li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic fluency preferred.<\/li><li>Strong client interaction skills and relationship-building interest.<\/li><li>Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; project management tools knowledge preferred.<\/li><li>Results-driven with a focus on achieving
