It involves developing and maintaining AI and BI solutions to aid HR decision-making and meet business requirements.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Create and implement predictive models to detect trends and solutions for HR business needs.<\/li><li>Develop HR analytical models and forecasting methods to enhance HR data usage for decision-making.<\/li><li>Analyze factors influencing high performance and employee attrition using predictive analytics.<\/li><li>Assist in maintaining talent inventory by evaluating talent characteristics and benchmarking internally and externally.<\/li><li>Prepare workforce analytics dashboards on topics like attrition, absence, performance, nationalization, diversity recruitment, workforce cost, and headcount, and share insights with HR Business Partners.<\/li><li>Help ensure HR data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility to maintain a reliable single source of truth.<\/li><li>Support integrating new technologies and initiatives into existing HR data standards and structures.<\/li><li>Ensure compliance with CAD data quality standards when handling HR data.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>0 &#8211; 2 years
